		Participation Information. 1. Each church is asked to host an event. A hymn sing leader will 
		coordinate with the musical resources of the host church.
 2. The Program.A. The music leader introduces the praise team and welcomes everyone. A 
		representative from the host church will give the opening prayer.
 B. The first 30 minutes are Hymns preselected by the team leader from 
		hymn books used at this events church or from books supplied by the team 
		for the event... Special Note......Event team must have a list of 
		any hymns that the host church may wish included in the first half of 
		the sing...
 C. The first hymn will be “GOD BLESS AMERICA” or another American 
		Patriotic song 'All Stand'
 D. The balance of the first half will be arranged by the team leader... 
		Special Note......All hymns from this point will be preselected by the 
		team leader...
 3. Break For Refreshments... A. The break for refreshments will last 15 minutes. (Team leaders 
		Responsibility)...
 Special Note..... REFRESHMENTS will be the responsibility of the host 
		church with the help of the previous host church...
 B. The team leader will call the event back to the program when the 
		refreshment break is over...
 
 4. Second Half of Program.
 A. The team leader will ask for a show of thanks for the refreshments 
		and the people that served them...
 B. The team leader will at this time explain how the second half of the 
		sing will be conducted...
 C. This last half of the evening will be hymns by request. Special 
		Note....We have people put their song suggestion on a white board with 
		page number during the brake... We usually have between 5 and 6 
		requests.
 D. At the close; the team leader will acknowledge the place and time of 
		the next hymn sing and thank the host church for having us to their 
		church...
 E. The host Pastor will close the event with a prayer and wish every one; 
		“a good nite”... At this time our closing song, Family of God, is sung...
